Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare meatloaf mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, egg, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form meatloaf: Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
Top with ketchup: Spread the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake: Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Prepare mashed cauliflower: While the meatloaf is baking, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
Mash cauliflower: Drain the cauliflower and return it to the pot. Add butter, 1/4 cup milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Serve: Once the meatloaf is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve slices with a generous scoop of mashed cauliflower. Garnish with chopped parsley.
