  • 4 large butter lettuce leaves
  • 100 g smoked salmon sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste​

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Lettuce:
  • Gently wash and pat dry the butter lettuce leaves. Arrange them on a plate, overlapping slightly to create a base for the fillings.
