Ingredients
  

  • 2 roasted red peppers drained and chopped (jarred or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Blend the ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the roasted red peppers, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Season to taste: Taste the dip and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
