Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups Crispix cereal
  • 2 cups pecan halves salted
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat the oven to 250ºF.
  • Combine Cereal and Pecans:
  • In a large bowl, combine the Crispix cereal and pecans.
  • Make the Praline Mixture:
  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Stir occasionally and bring to a boil.
  • Finish the Praline Mixture:
  • Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda.
  • Coat the Cereal and Pecans:
  • Pour the praline mixture over the cereal and pecans, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Bake:
  • Pour the coated mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  • Cool and Break Into Pieces:
  • Once done, pour the praline crunch onto wax or parchment paper to cool. Break into pieces and enjoy!
