- 4 slices sourdough or multigrain bread
- 1 ripe pear thinly sliced
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese sliced or shredded
- 1 tbsp butter softened
- Optional: 1 tsp honey or a few arugula leaves for garnish
Assemble sandwiches: Lay out the bread slices. On two slices, layer cheddar cheese and thinly sliced pears. Add a drizzle of honey or a few arugula leaves if using. Top with remaining bread slices.
