- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 2 bell peppers red and green, sliced

- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese

Prepare the beef: Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
