- 1 medium courgette zucchini, sliced thinly
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme fresh or dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
