- 1 lb breakfast sausage pork or turkey
- 1 30 oz bag frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
