Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder optional, for a bit of heat
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin optional, for an earthy flavor

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients: In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, chili powder, and cumin).
  • Stir to combine: Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
