Ingredients
  

  • 12 wooden or metal skewers
  • 12 small mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 12 slices salami folded or rolled
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 green olives pitted
  • 12 artichoke hearts marinated
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Optional: roasted red peppers pepperoncini, or chunks of provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prepare skewers: Lay out the skewers on a clean surface.
  • Assemble: Thread ingredients onto each skewer in this order: cherry tomato, salami slice (folded), mozzarella ball, green olive, artichoke heart, fresh basil leaf. Repeat or adjust order as desired.
  • Serve: Arrange skewers on a serving platter. Optionally drizzle with olive oil or balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

  • Customize with your favorite antipasto ingredients, like roasted red peppers, mushrooms, or cubes of cheese.
  • For a vegetarian version, skip the salami and add extra veggies or cheese.
  • These skewers can be assembled a few hours ahead and refrigerated until serving.
